1. Access to the joint is obtained through an incision approximately 20 cm long, with minimal damage to soft tissues. Preparation for the prosthesis installation is performed — removal of joint cartilages and destroyed bone parts.
2. The prosthesis, consisting of a cup, stem, and head, made according to the individual measurements of the patient, is installed and fixed.
3. The wound is treated with an antiseptic solution, and soft tissues and skin are sutured.

The day after the procedure, the patient can stand up, after 7 days he is discharged from the clinic, and approximately 4-5 weeks later, he returns to a fully active life.
Knee joint replacement surgery
Since the knee joint provides oscillatory movements and rotation, its surgical replacement must be performed with maximum precision. For two days after the surgery, the patient remains in the orthopedic department of the clinic. Pain relief medications are prescribed, and special sleeves are placed on his calves to prevent thrombosis. The day after the prosthesis procedure, the patient is allowed to walk, and on the third day, he is discharged.
