Specialisation, education and clinical experience
Dr. Kobzantsev serves as a senior specialist in the Department of Vascular Surgery at the Hillel Yaffe Medical Center (Hadera) and is a practicing surgeon at the Assuta private clinic (Tel Aviv).
His main clinical activities include:
- Endovascular diagnostic methods;
- Surgery for vascular diseases;
- Minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy) of blood vessels;
- Surgery and laparoscopy of the aorta and arteries.
Zeev Kobzantsev received his medical education at the Chelyabinsk Institute (USSR). From 1986 to 1989, he completed his residency and specialized in vascular surgery at the city hospital in Chelyabinsk. After that, he interned at the Vyshinsky Medical Institute (Moscow). In Israel, Zeev Kobzantsev practiced in leading public clinics - from 1991 to 1998 at Ichilov Medical Center, and from 1999 to 2003 at Assaf Harofeh. Dr. Kobzantsev continued to refine his skills, gain invaluable experience, and enhance his professionalism in the vascular surgery departments of the best clinics in France and Austria, where he gained extensive experience in performing endovascular surgeries.
While maintaining his private practice, Dr. Zeev Kobzantsev actively participated in specialized seminars and international conferences held in the Czech Republic, Canada, Finland, and other countries on carotid artery and aorta surgery.
