Kidney tissue biopsy at our clinic is performed under ultrasound guidance. This method is most effective for examining:

• changes in the organ's tissues due to various kidney pathologies;
• the condition of tissues affected by malignant cells in kidney oncology;

A kidney biopsy is indicated when blood, urine tests, or imaging studies do not provide enough information to diagnose the problem (for example, kidney cancer). In most cases, a kidney biopsy is performed using a thin needle inserted through the skin (percutaneous method) under the guidance of imaging equipment that helps direct the needle and obtain a sample.
