Dr. Pevny graduated from Leningrad Medical Institute, after which he completed his residency at the Military Medical Academy. For some time, he worked in pediatric cardiac surgery. Subsequently, he advanced his qualifications at leading European medical centers in cities such as Vienna, Frankfurt, Lisbon, Lugano, and St. Louis.
